Secured Loan
Borrow
up to 60% of contract value for agents with an average YTD sales count
of 100 or more. Otherwise, borrow up to 50% of contract value.
District Managers can borrow up to 60% without sales count
restrictions.
Agency
Secured Line of Credit
Be prepared for unexpected agency costs with a line of credit
up to 35% of your contract value. Need more than 35%? Borrow up to
an additional 25% of contract value with an Agency Secured Loan.

Career Agent Loan
Starting and growing an agency takes money. Career agents are
eligible to borrow up to $7,500 for new furniture, marketing, or any other business
needs, and make no payments for 90 days.
Agency
Builder Loan Program
Our Agency Builder Loan is designed specifically for agents in the Run to Daylight program. The Agency Builder Loan offers extra capital at set intervals in order to help grow businesses consistently. Apply for up to $10,000 initially. Apply for another $10,000 at the second tier, with a final tier of up to $15,000 for an aggregate total of $35,000.
Some restrictions apply. To qualify at each tier, applicants must provide an updated and current personal financial statement, current tax returns, a business plan outlining the use of the unsecured funds, and meet minimum production counts and schedule as specified by the loan program parameters.
